All pre - order goods will be expedited on or within 1 - 2 business days from the planned release date.
A shipping update on all pre- orders will be shared leading up to each customer's anticipated purchase considering the order batch release date associated with the product purchase.
All general in- stock orders generally ship within 1 business day from the day of purchase order. During peak holiday / times orders may take 2-3 business days to be expedited from the purchasing date.

At this time shipping is only limited to the continental U.S. , AK and HI.

A change of delivery address request after an order has already been shipped will incur a “change of address” fee of $20. Most carriers do offer alternative delivery options at no cost to pick up orders from one of their designated facilities.
Due to the impact of COVID, carriers are no longer offering a guaranteed delivery for any expedited / preferred service. Should a package not arrive according to the service chosen, considering the new guidelines, a refund asscoicated with a later than expected delivery will not be honored.
