With (2) frequency settings at 1064nm and 532nm with 50 millisecond pulse duration, this laser light procedure is non-ablative, therefore resulting in no tearing or breaking of the skin. This high energy light laser creates heat sending light absorption to targeted diseased skin cells, micro focusing for a full skin recovery. For pigmented lesions, light pulses target melanin in a variation of skin layers, on or beneath the surface and is effective, visibly resurfacing healthy skin. Your practitioner will use a numbing cream for 20-30 minutes right before the treatment to minimize any discomfort. Each session is a duration of 45 minutes and requires a minimum of 7 days and up to a 2 weeks period between each session. At the comfort of your home or preferred location, our practitioner will create a comfortable and relaxed environment to ensure a secure and mindful experience. _____ Post Care After each session, you may experience redness which may last a couple of hours. There is usually no swelling and most can return to a normal routine almost immediately. The pigmented area may darken for 1-2 weeks before starting to lighten, but the skin lightening and rejuvenation overall may be seen immediately post-laser.
